Returns
- Due to the nature of live animals, we do not accept returns of puppies.
- We encourage all buyers to ask questions and ensure they are prepared before purchase.
Refunds
- Refunds may be considered only if a serious health condition is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving your puppy.
- A veterinary health report must be provided for verification.
- Refunds are processed after the puppy is returned to Marwin safely.
Health Guarantee
- All puppies are vet-checked, vaccinated, and dewormed before leaving Marwin.
- We provide a health certificate and vaccination record with every puppy.
